Key Responsibilities:- Develop, execute, and manage targeted email marketing campaigns to generate leads and promote IT services.
- Write compelling email content, subject lines, and CTAs to improve open and conversion rates.
- Manage and grow the email contact database while ensuring list segmentation and data hygiene.
- Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using metrics like open rates, CTRs, conversions, and ROI.
- Use tools such as Mailchimp, Zoho, HubSpot, or similar platforms for campaign execution.
- A/B test email campaigns to improve performance.
- Collaborate with sales and design teams to align email campaigns with business goals and brand identity.
- Ensure compliance with GDPR and other email marketing regulations.
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 13 years of experience in email marketing, preferably in an IT services company.
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms and CRM tools.
- Strong written communication and copywriting skills.
- Analytical mindset and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of SEO, digital marketing funnels websites, mobile applications and lead nurturing strategies is a plus.
