We are a fast-growing IT services company committed to delivering innovative solutions to global clients. We're looking for a dynamic and results-driven Email Marketing Executive to join our marketing team and help expand our digital presence.

• Develop, execute, and manage targeted email marketing campaigns to generate leads and promote IT services.
• Write compelling email content, subject lines, and CTAs to improve open and conversion rates.
• Manage and grow the email contact database while ensuring list segmentation and data hygiene.
• Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using metrics like open rates, CTRs, conversions, and ROI.
• Use tools such as Mailchimp, Zoho, HubSpot, or similar platforms for campaign execution.
• A/B test email campaigns to improve performance.
• Collaborate with sales and design teams to align email campaigns with business goals and brand identity.
• Ensure compliance with GDPR and other email marketing regulations.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in email marketing, preferably in an IT services company.
• Familiarity with email marketing platforms and CRM tools.
• Strong written communication and copywriting skills.
• Analytical mindset and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of SEO, digital marketing funnels websites, mobile applications and lead nurturing strategies is a plus.
