Salary Range: ₹20,000 to ₹25,000 Per Month (In-hand, depending on experience and tool expertise)

Gross CTC: ₹2.6 Lakhs to ₹3.2 Lakhs Per Annum (CTC is negotiable based on current salary + Performance incentives)

Job Overview

We are looking for an energetic, creative, and detail-oriented Email Marketing Executive to join our growing Digital Marketing Agency. In this role, you will be responsible for executing end-to-end email marketing campaigns for our diverse portfolio of clients. Your core goal will be to design high-converting email layouts, schedule newsletters, manage subscriber lists, and track campaign performance metrics to maximize open rates and engagement.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

Campaign Execution: Set up, test, and schedule daily, weekly, and monthly email marketing campaigns and newsletters.
A/B Testing: Assist in running basic A/B tests on email subject lines, body copy, and layout designs to improve open and click-through rates (CTR).
List Management: Clean, update, and segment email subscriber databases based on customer behavior and demographic data.
Collaboration: Coordinate with copywriters and graphic designers to ensure text and visuals are optimized for mobile and desktop screens.
Performance Tracking: Monitor key email metrics (Open rates, CTR, click rates, bounce rates, and unsubscribes) and compile basic performance reports for management.
Compliance Checks: Ensure all outbound emails comply with standard regulations (CAN-SPAM, GDPR) to avoid spam filters.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience: 1 to 3 years of core experience handling email execution or newsletter campaigns inside a marketing agency, brand, or e-commerce company.
Tool Familiarity: Practical, hands-on experience with popular email marketing platforms like Mailchimp, HubSpot, Brevo (Sendinblue), MailerLite, ActiveCampaign, or Klaviyo.
Writing Skills: Strong command of basic English to write crisp subject lines, preview texts, and basic call-to-actions (CTAs).
Technical Basics: Basic knowledge of handling MS Excel or Google Sheets for managing customer email lists. (Familiarity with basic HTML templates is a plus).
Attributes: A quick learner who can multi-task across multiple client accounts in a fast-paced agency environment.
