Stipend: ₹18,000 per month

Role Overview:

We are looking for a proactive Email & Chat Process Intern who can manage customer interactions through written communication channels. This role offers hands-on experience in customer support, communication handling, and service operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries via email and chat in a timely and professional manner

• Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues effectively

• Maintain proper records of customer interactions and responses

• Follow standard operating procedures and communication guidelines

• Escalate complex issues to relevant teams when necessary

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality

• Assist in improving response templates and communication processes

Required Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in any discipline

• Strong written communication skills in English

• Basic knowledge of customer service principles

• Good typing speed and attention to detail

• Ability to handle multiple conversations simultaneously

• Problem-solving skills and patience in handling queries

• Ability to work independently in a remote setup

Preferred Skills:

• Prior experience in customer support or similar roles (optional)

• Familiarity with email management tools or chat platforms

• Basic understanding of CRM tools
