Role Overview
We are looking for a customer-focused Email & Chat Process Intern (Non-Voice) to handle customer queries professionally through written communication channels. This role is ideal for candidates who prefer non-voice support and have strong written communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer queries via email and chat platforms
Provide accurate information and basic issue resolution
Maintain professional tone and communication standards
Document conversations and update support records
Coordinate with internal teams for query resolution
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team
Ensure timely responses and customer satisfaction
Eligibility & Skills
Pursuing or recently completed graduation in any discipline
Strong written communication skills in English
Good typing speed and attention to detail
Ability to handle multiple chats or tickets simultaneously
Basic understanding of customer support processes
Familiarity with CRM or ticketing tools is a plus
Willingness to learn and follow structured workflows
