Job Description
Inficore Soft is looking for a dedicated Email & Chat Process Intern to support our customer communication team. The intern will handle customer queries through email and chat, provide timely responses, and ensure a smooth customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer queries via email and chat in a professional manner.
Provide accurate information about company services and processes.
Resolve basic customer issues and escalate complex queries when required.
Maintain records of customer interactions and responses.
Ensure timely follow-up with customers.
Assist the team in maintaining high-quality customer support standards.
Work closely with internal teams to resolve customer concerns.
Required Skills
Good written communication skills in English.
Basic knowledge of email handling and chat support tools.
Strong problem-solving and customer handling skills.
Ability to respond quickly and professionally to customer queries.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets (preferred).
Eligibility
Pursuing or recently completed a degree in any discipline.
