About the Internship
Skillzenloop is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Email, Chat & Non-Voice Process Intern to support our customer communication and support operations. This internship provides hands-on experience in handling written customer interactions through email and chat channels in a remote professional environment.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer queries through email and chat in a timely and professional manner
Resolve customer issues by following standard operating procedures
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions
Coordinate with internal teams to address and resolve customer concerns
Ensure high-quality written communication and customer satisfaction
Follow service-level agreements (SLAs) and response guidelines
Assist in preparing basic reports and documentation
Eligibility Criteria
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in any discipline
Strong written communication skills in English
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with email and chat tools
Good attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to handle multiple conversations efficiently
Customer-oriented mindset
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
