Role Description

This is a full-time remote position for an Email and SMS Marketing Specialist. The specialist will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing email and SMS marketing campaigns to engage clients and generate qualified leads. Key responsibilities include utilizing marketing automation tools, analyzing campaign performance, segmenting audiences based on data insights, and developing targeted strategies to maximize engagement. Collaboration with other marketing and communications teams will also be vital to meet organizational objectives effectively.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Email Marketing Software and Marketing Automation tools
• Knowledge of Marketing Analytics and ability to analyze data to optimize campaigns
• Experience with Lead Generation strategies and execution
• Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal, to create engaging content and collaborate effectively
• Strong organizational skills, including managing multiple campaigns and deadlines
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field is preferred
• Prior experience in legal or service-based industries is a plus
• Experience with US/UK market is must have
