Description:
- Bachelor s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience of Product Requirements and Test Management tool viz IBM Enterprise lifecycle Management (ELM) is a MUST.
- 3-4 years of experience in systems engineering with IBM ELM tools.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, innovative solutioning skills
- Conceptual ITIL Knowledge and understanding of Agile / scrum methodology (Agile SAFe)
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Must to have Skills:
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
- Hands on Experience with L1 and L2 Customizations in IBM ELM
- Experience with model-based systems engineering (MBSE).
- Knowledge of compliance standards relevant to the industry.
- Round the clock / rotation work hours would be required
Good to have:
- Requirements Management: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements in DNG. Ensure traceability throughout the project lifecycle using IBM ELM.
- Systems Design: Participate in the design and validation of systems using model-based approaches with Rhapsody. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure integration.
- Software Development: Develop and implement software solutions based on defined requirements with CCM. Collaborate with QA teams to ensure high-quality deliverables via Global Configurations in ELM.
- Testing and Validation: Create and execute test plans, ensuring that systems meet functional and non-functional requirements using ETM.
- Project Coordination: Assist in managing project timelines and deliverables. Facilitate communication among team members and stakeholders in CCM.
