Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mancherial for an Elite Relationship Manager at Kotak Mahindra Bank. The Elite Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of high-net-worth clients by understanding their financial needs and providing tailored banking solutions. Daily responsibilities will include client engagement, cross-selling financial products, ensuring high customer satisfaction, and achieving business targets. The role requires maintaining compliance with regulatory guidelines and representing the bank professionally during all interactions.

Qualifications

  • Client Relationship and Sales Skills: Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients, demonstrate excellent sales and communication skills, and provide superior customer service.
  • Financial Services Knowledge: Understanding of banking products, investment options, wealth management, and financial planning services. Prior experience in similar roles is a plus.
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze client needs, suggest effective solutions, and make sound financial recommendations.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Ability: Strong written and verbal communication skills with the capability to interact effectively with clients and team members.
  • Professional Qualification: A degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields. Certifications in financial planning or wealth management are advantageous.
  • Proactive Approach: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently to meet business objectives.
