Job Description
Location - Udaipur
Key Responsibilities
- Perform testing, troubleshooting, and repairing of PCBs at component and circuit levels.
- Use test equipment.
- Identify and replace faulty electronic components (ICs, resistors, capacitors, connectors, etc.).
- Perform soldering, desoldering (through-hole and SMD), and rework of components.
- Document test results, repair history, and maintain records.
- Support quality assurance by ensuring repaired boards meet specifications.
- Coordinate with design/R&D teams to provide feedback on recurring faults.
- Ensure compliance with ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) safety and industry standards.
- Maintain tools, instruments, and a safe working environment.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of analog and digital electronics.
- Hands-on experience with testing instruments .
- Ability to read and interpret circuit diagrams, PCB layouts, and datasheets.
- Good soldering/rework skills .
- Problem-solving and analytical skills for fault diagnosis.
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently or in a team.
Qualification
- Diploma / B.Tech in Electronics.
- Freshers are eligible.
