The opportunity
The Electronics Engineer will be responsible for designing new products and maintaining existing portfolio of embedded devices used in Power domain. Our products are used by our customers throughout the globe. Join our team in Bangalore and be at the forefront of turning cutting-edge ideas into robust, manufacturable designs.
How you'll make an impact
Design and develop electronics hardware used in embedded devices, ensuring high performance and reliability
Generate engineering documentation, including detailed schematics, drawings, specifications, and Bills of Material (BOM), to support manufacturing process
Apply industry best practices like Design Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (DFMEA) to optimize product robustness and manufacturability
Execute validation and verification activities to qualify the developed boards and products
Address Product Change Notices (PCNs) / Product Discontinue Notice (PDNs) from component manufacturers
Work closely with Vendors and Quality teams, including for fixture development
Contribute to continuous improvement projects, fostering innovation throughout the product lifecycle
Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your Background
Graduate degree in Electronics Engineering or related discipline
2-4 years of relevant experience in manufacturing-focused Research and development in Electronics Domain
Strong knowledge of Analog, Digital Electronics and Electronic component selection
Experience in troubleshooting and debugging of Analog and Digital circuits
Hands on experience with Silicon Expert and PCB design (Altium preferred)
Experience with all phases of hardware design, i.e., requirement analysis, design, development, validation, and type test
Exposure to IEC standards for EMI/EMC testing of electronic boards
Should possess understanding of PCB assembly and testing processes within an EMS environment.
Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required
