Electronic Sales Associate

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Electronic Sales Associate, located in Mumbai. The Electronic Sales Associate will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their needs, demonstrating products, and assisting them in making purchases. The role also involves maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction, meeting sales targets, and providing training or guidance to customers on product usage. Additionally, the associate will ensure the sales floor is clean, organized, and well-stocked.

• Strong knowledge of electronic products and ability to explain technical features and specifications effectively
• Experience in delivering excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction
• Proven ability in achieving sales targets and familiarity with sales techniques
• Capability to provide training and guidance to customers on product use
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment
• High school diploma or equivalent; a background in electronics or sales is a plus
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays, if required
