Job Description:

Job Description: EDI Specialist,

We are seeking an experienced EDI Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, configuring, and maintaining EDI solutions using OpenText Trusted Link Enterprise (TLE) to support critical business operations. The role requires strong expertise in EDI processes, connectivity protocols, and system integrations, along with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external trading partners.

A key requirement for this role is mandatory experience working with Biz Manager, ensuring robust integration, partner management, and optimized EDI workflows.

Responsibilities:

• EDI Solution Development: Design, develop, configure, and maintain EDI solutions using OpenText Trusted Link Enterprise (TLE) and Biz Manager.
• Process Enhancement: Build, test, and implement new and existing EDI processes to improve system performance, data accuracy, and operational efficiency.
• Connectivity Management: Set up, configure, and maintain AS2, FTP, and SFTP connections for secure and reliable communication with trading partners.
• Technical Expertise: Stay current with advancements in OpenText TLE and Biz Manager; adopt best practices for continuous improvement.
• Trading Partner Engagement: Work closely with trading partners to establish and maintain seamless communication, troubleshoot issues, and support system integrations.
• Documentation & Support: Develop technical documentation and provide support to IT and business teams for EDI-related activities.

Requirements:

• Mandatory:
• Hands-on experience with Biz Manager for EDI integrations, partner configuration, and communication setup.
• EDI Solution Development Experience:
• Minimum 3+ years of experience designing, developing, configuring, and maintaining EDI solutions using OpenText Trusted Link Enterprise (TLE).
• Technical Skills:
• Strong understanding of EDI standards such as X12, EDIFACT, and XML.
• Expertise in AS2, FTP, and SFTP connectivity and troubleshooting.
• Integration & Collaboration:
• Experience integrating EDI systems with enterprise applications and working closely with internal teams and external partners.
• Communication Skills:
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to collaborate effectively across teams and with trading partners.
