We are seeking a high-energy, technically proficient Sales Manager to lead our market presence in the electronics manufacturing sector. With 10–15 years of seasoned experience, you will be responsible for driving revenue through the sale of ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) control products and specialized consumables used in electronics assembly.
This role is a blend of aggressive new business development and sophisticated Key Account Management for major electronics manufacturers across India.
● Strategic Sales: Identify and penetrate Tier 1 and Tier 2 electronics manufacturing units (EMS), semiconductor facilities, and automotive electronics hubs across India.
● Key Account Management: Act as the primary point of contact for high-value clients, ensuring long-term retention and upselling our range of ESD-safe solutions.
● Technical Consulting: Understand client production environments to recommend appropriate ESD-safe workstations, packaging, garments, and instrumentation.
● Market Expansion: Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to identify new growth territories within the Indian market.
● Sales Pipeline Management: Lead the full sales cycle from lead generation and technical presentation to negotiation and final closure.
● Experience: 10 to 15 years of proven success in selling ESD control products or technical components/consumables to the electronics manufacturing industry.
● Education: * BE / B.Tech or other technical degrees are highly preferred.
○ Candidates from other backgrounds will be considered only if they possess exceptional, relevant industry experience.
● Network: An existing portfolio of contacts within the Indian electronics manufacturing ecosystem is a significant advantage.
● Skills: Strong negotiation tactics, excellent communication, and the ability to explain technical specifications to engineers and procurement heads alike.
● Travel: Willingness to travel extensively across India to meet clients at manufacturing sites.
● Salary (CTC):Commensurate with experience and track record)
