Job Summary

The Branch Head will be responsible for leading and managing the Bangalore branch operations, driving sales performance, building strong developer relationships, and ensuring revenue growth. This role requires strategic leadership, team management, and deep understanding of the Bangalore real estate market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Development & Revenue Growth
  • Drive overall sales targets and revenue for the Bangalore branch
  • Identify new business opportunities with developers and clients
  • Expand the firm's portfolio by onboarding new real estate projects
  • Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company goals
  • Team Leadership & Management
  • Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team
  • Set targets, monitor performance, and drive productivity
  • Provide coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback
  • Ensure high levels of team motivation and retention
  • Client & Developer Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate developers
  • Manage key client accounts and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Negotiate commercial terms and close high-value deals
  • Operations & Process Management
  • Oversee daily branch operations and ensure smooth functioning
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and real estate regulations
  • Streamline sales processes and improve operational efficiency
  • Market Intelligence
  • Track market trends, competitor activities, and pricing insights
  • Provide strategic inputs to leadership based on market analysis
  • Position the company effectively in the Bangalore market

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred)
  • 8–15 years of experience in real estate sales (preferably CP/brokerage firms)
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing teams
  • Strong network with developers and real estate stakeholders in Bangalore
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a target-driven, fast-paced environment
