Key Responsibilities
- Install, inspect, maintain and repair electrical systems, wiring, panels and equipment, ensuring safety and quality.
- Perform routine maintenance and preventive checks to minimize downtime and extend equipment life.
- Diagnose electrical faults and perform effective troubleshooting to restore service promptly.
- Read and interpret electrical drawings, layouts and specifications to execute work accurately.
- Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and company procedures, promoting a safe workplace.
- Maintain clear records of maintenance work and inspections to support continuous improvement.
- Coordinate with supervisors and other technical teams to prioritize and complete tasks efficiently.
- Respond promptly to electrical emergencies and breakdowns, demonstrating reliability and professionalism.
Preferred Requirements
- Experience in industrial, commercial or residential electrical work.
- Familiarity with generators, UPS, motors and switchgear is an advantage.
- Valid electrician license or certification (if applicable) and adherence to safety best practices.
