About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled Electrical Technician with hands-on experience in electrical maintenance and utility operations.

Qualification: ITI Electrician / Diploma in Electrical Engineering
Technical Skills:
- Strong knowledge of electrical installation, erection, operation, troubleshooting, and maintenance activities.
- Hands-on experience in Transformers, HT Panels, LT Panels, RMU Panels, Synchronization Panels, APFC Panels, MCCs, PCCs, and DG Systems.
- Experience in cable laying, cable tray installation, cable glanding, termination, ferruling, panel wiring, and field wiring activities.
- Skilled in installation and maintenance of motors, pumps, AHUs, chillers, heaters, exhaust fans, and utility equipment.
- Ability to perform preventive maintenance, breakdown maintenance, corrective maintenance, and routine inspections of electrical equipment.
- Knowledge of electrical testing including Insulation Resistance (IR) Testing, Continuity Testing, Earth Resistance Testing, Phase Sequence Testing, and Voltage/Current Measurement.
- Experience in troubleshooting electrical faults related to power distribution systems, control circuits, motors, panels, and utility equipment.
- Familiarity with ACB, VCB, MCCB, MCB, ELCB, Contactors, Relays, VFDs, Soft Starters, and Protection Devices.
- Ability to read and understand Single Line Diagrams (SLD), electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and panel drawings.
- Knowledge of power factor improvement systems, APFC panel operation, and energy-saving practices.
- Experience in transformer monitoring, switchgear operation, feeder management, and load balancing.
- Understanding of maintenance KPIs such as MTTR (Mean Time to Repair), MTTF (Mean Time to Failure), equipment uptime, and downtime analysis.
- Familiarity with Building Management Systems (BMS) and basic automation controls.
- Strong knowledge of electrical safety procedures, PTW (Permit to Work), LOTO (Lockout/Tagout), PPE requirements, and safe work practices.
- Ability to coordinate with engineers, contractors, and maintenance teams during shutdowns, commissioning, and emergency breakdowns.
- Proficient in using electrical testing instruments such as Multimeters, Clamp Meters, Meggers, Earth Testers, and Thermal Scanners.
