Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Electrical Shift Technician to support plant and utility maintenance in a manufacturing environment. The candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and ensuring smooth operation of electrical systems and equipment during shift operations.

Key Responsibilities

Perform installation, inspection, and maintenance of electrical systems and equipment

Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues related to panels, motors, wiring, and lighting

Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance to minimize downtime

Ensure compliance with safety standards and electrical regulations

Maintain records of maintenance activities and report issues

Coordinate with production teams to support continuous operations

Handle plant equipment such as DG sets, compressors, EOT cranes, and CNC machines

Respond promptly to breakdowns and urgent maintenance requirements

Required Skills:

Strong troubleshooting skills in electrical systems

Basic knowledge of electrical and electronics fundamentals

Experience in plant & utility maintenance

Ability to work in shift operations

Good coordination and communication skills

Preferred Skills:

Exposure to manufacturing industry maintenance practices

Knowledge of preventive maintenance systems
