Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for an Electrical Supervisor located in Sangareddi. The Electrical Supervisor will oversee electrical operations, ensure that electrical maintenance activities are carried out efficiently, and monitor the proper functioning and safety of electrical equipment. Responsibilities include supervising the installation, repair, and upkeep of electrical systems while ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations. The role also entails leading and mentoring team members to optimize performance and support operational goals.
Qualifications
- Strong Supervisory Skills and the ability to manage and lead a team effectively
- Proficiency in Electrical Maintenance and hands-on experience with maintaining electrical equipment
- Sound knowledge of Electricity, Electrical Engineering, and related technical principles
- Familiarity with testing, troubleshooting, and maintaining Electrical Equipment
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities
- Formal education or certification in Electrical Engineering or a related field is preferred
- Knowledge of industry safety standards and best practices
- Prior experience in a supervisory role within the electrical or manufacturing industry is an advantage
