Samaarambh Foundation is seeking experienced Trainers to conduct structured Basic Electrical Skills and Behavioural Training sessions under a skills development initiative.
The Trainer will deliver 34 hour interactive sessions for electrician participants using content provided by the organisation. The role requires practical teaching ability, strong Hindi communication, and the capacity to engage semi-skilled field-level participants.
This position directly contributes to Samaarambh Foundation's mission of strengthening employability and professional standards among grassroots technical workers.

- Sessions are interactive, practical, and professionally conducted
- Attendance and documentation are accurately maintained

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver Basic Electrical Training (wiring fundamentals, safety standards, tools usage, troubleshooting basics)
- Conduct Behavioural & Professional Development sessions (communication skills, discipline, work ethics, client interaction, documentation practices)
- Facilitate practical demonstrations where required
- Ensure session attendance tracking and basic reporting
- Collect participant feedback and share insights with project coordinators
- Maintain a professional and inclusive classroom environment
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience in electrical training / ITI / polytechnic / skill development programs
- Strong command of Hindi (mandatory)
- Basic working knowledge of English
- Experience handling field-level or semi-skilled participants
- Ability to conduct engaging, interactive sessions
- Practical demonstration capability preferred
- Prior experience in CSR or government skill initiatives is an advantage
