Job Summary:We are hiring Site Engineers to manage electric meter installation projects at regional locations. The role involves on-site supervision, reporting, quality checks, and coordination with teams and stakeholders. Candidates must be comfortable working in field environments and capable of handling site-level challenges effectively.
Key Responsibilities:1.
Installation Supervision- Monitor and manage electric meter installations on-site.
- Ensure adherence to project specifications and safety standards.
- Coordinate daily work with installation teams and vendors.

Progress Tracking & Reporting- Maintain daily work logs and submit progress reports to project managers.
- Communicate any delays, issues, or risks promptly.

Quality Assurance- Perform quality checks throughout the installation process.
- Verify proper functioning of meters before final handover.

Stakeholder Coordination- Interface with local authorities, contractors, and clients.
- Ensure smooth site operations and resolve local-level issues efficiently.
5.
Safety and Compliance- Enforce safety measures as per project norms.
- Identify and address potential site risks proactively.
Language Requirements:- For Interview:
- Must be fluent in Hindi and/or English
- For Site Work:
- Must be able to communicate effectively in Hindi and English
- Local language proficiency is highly preferred (Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, etc., based on the site)
Candidate Profile:- Education: Diploma or Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering or relevant field
- Experience: 13 years of hands-on field experience (meter installation preferred)
- Skills:
- Strong communication and coordination
- Ability to work independently at remote project locations
- Knowledge of safety protocols and project execution practices
- Travel: Must be open to travel and stay at the assigned site for the duration of the project.
