Electrical Service Engineer (Mumbai)

Machine Installation & On-the-Job Training

• Install machinery at customer sites and provide hands-on training to operators and maintenance personnel.

Electrical Control Panel Support

• Handle and resolve hardware issues related to:

  • PLC

  • HMI

  • AC Drives (VFD)

  • Servo Drives

  • Switchgears

• Perform wiring checks, component replacements, and panel-level troubleshooting.

Hardware & Software Troubleshooting

• Diagnose and rectify faults in automation systems, control circuits, and software configurations.

• Perform root-cause analysis to prevent recurring issues.

AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) Support

• Visit customer sites for periodic maintenance under AMC.

• Take proactive actions to identify risks and prevent potential equipment failures.

Technical Communication & Reporting

• Coordinate with the internal team or supervisor regarding unresolved technical issues.

• Provide suggestions and feedback to improve machine performance and reliability.

• Prepare service reports and documentation after every visit.

Strong knowledge of industrial automation components (PLC, VFD, HMI, Servo).

Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.

Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Effective communication with customers and internal teams.

Willingness to travel for service visits.
