Job Description
We are hiring a Sales Manager (Electrical) to manage field sales and business development across Madhya Pradesh. The role involves handling clients, dealers, and distributors, generating new business, and achieving sales targets. The reporting office is Indore.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop new customers and generate sales across MP
  • Promote electrical products and project-based solutions
  • Manage dealers, distributors, and B2B clients
  • Conduct regular field visits and client meetings
  • Negotiate pricing and commercial terms
  • Achieve assigned sales targets
  • Prepare sales reports and market updates
  • Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and payments

Requirements
  • BE/B.Tech (Electrical) or MBA with electrical sales experience
  • 23 years of field sales experience in the electrical industry
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets
  • Willingness to travel across Madhya Pradesh

Location : Indore, Madhya Pradesh (Field Role Pan MP)
Salary : 2.5 to 3.5 LPA (Negotiable)
