Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Pune Division (Navale IT Zone) for an Electrical Project Engineer. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing electrical projects and overseeing their execution across various assignments.

Key responsibilities include preparing quotations for tenders and inquiries, coordinating with vendors for product sourcing, and developing detailed estimation sheets. The role also involves regular follow-ups with clients via email and phone, as well as close collaboration with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.

Additionally, the Electrical Project Engineer will be responsible for troubleshooting technical issues, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and driving projects to meet defined timelines and objectives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline
  • Strong foundation in electrical engineering principles, system design, and analysis
  • Hands-on experience with power systems, automation, and power distribution equipment
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in electrical systems and products
  • Familiarity with relevant industry standards, codes, and regulatory requirements
  • Proficiency in preparing technical documentation, estimations, and project-related reports
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in MS Word and Excel for documentation, reporting, and data analysis
  • Good command of English, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients via phone and email
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and coordination skills for working with clients, vendors, and cross-functional teams
