Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Thane for an Electrical Panel Estimation Engineer. Responsibilities include preparing Bill of Quantities (BOQ), conducting project estimations, collaborating with the engineering team, and completing in-depth research to determine materials and costs for electrical panels. Additionally, the role involves negotiation with suppliers and vendors to obtain optimal pricing and maintain quality standards. The engineer will also ensure all estimates are accurate and align with client requirements and project specifications.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in preparing BOQ and performing accurate project estimation
- Knowledge of Civil Engineering concepts as relevant to electrical panel installation
- Strong negotiation and communication skills for supplier and vendor interactions
- Ability to conduct in-depth research for pricing, materials, and project requirements
- Detail-oriented with analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Experience in the electrical or automation industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field is preferred
