Electrical Machine Maintenance & Repair Engineer

Location Preference: Candidates residing near Aerospace Park, Devanahalli, Karnataka

We are currently looking to hire an Electrical Machine Maintenance & Repair Engineer and identified your profile as a potential fit for this opportunity.

The role focuses on independently managing electrical maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs of CNC and SPM machines, ensuring minimal downtime while also supporting and guiding junior technicians in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive and breakdown electrical maintenance of CNC/SPM machines
• Diagnose and resolve electrical issues related to motors, drives, PLCs, sensors, control panels, and wiring
• Conduct electrical testing, parameter checks, and calibration activities
• Support machine installation, commissioning, and electrical integration
• Guide and support junior technicians during troubleshooting
• Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and proper documentation

Ideal Profile:

• Diploma in Electrical / Electronics / Mechatronics or a related field
• 25 years of hands-on experience in electrical maintenance of CNC/SPM machines
• Strong knowledge of motors, drives, PLCs, and industrial control systems
• Proven troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills
• Experience working in a manufacturing or production environment

Additionally, shortlisted candidates will be required to complete a technical testas part of the interview process.
