Zerowings Aerospace is looking for a Power & Electrical Integration Engineering Intern to support the development and integration of electrical systems for UAV platforms. The role involves working on drone power systems, avionics integration, electrical architecture, and system validation in a hands-on engineering environment.

Assist in integrating batteries, ESCs, motors, and power distribution systems for UAV platforms

Support battery selection, testing, and integration along with Battery Management Systems (BMS)

Work with avionics teams to integrate flight controllers, sensors, and onboard electronics

Support schematic design, PCB layout, and electrical harness integration

Assist in ground testing and electrical system validation during flight tests

Troubleshoot electrical system issues and support engineering improvements

Maintain documentation including integration procedures, test reports, and design records

B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, or related engineering fields (Final Year or Recent Graduate)

Basic understanding of UAV electrical systems, power electronics, and power distribution

Familiarity with circuit or PCB design tools such as KiCad, Altium, or Eagle

Knowledge of wiring harness design, grounding strategies, and electrical system integration

Ability to troubleshoot electrical systems and work with testing equipment

Stipend: 15,000/month for the first 3 months

Extension possible based on performance
