Required Skills-Good understanding of PLC systems, VFDs, and electrical safety.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of electrical systems including motors, panels,

VFDs, PLCs, and lighting.

Troubleshoot electrical faults in production equipment like tempering machines, moulding lines,

cooling tunnels, etc.

Monitor and maintain energy usage to ensure optimal power consumption.

Ensure electrical systems comply with safety regulations and plant standards.

Coordinate with production and utility teams to minimize downtime.

Maintain documentation of electrical maintenance activities and update checklists, SOPs, and

AMC records.

Support installation and commissioning of new electrical equipment and
