Job Overview
We are looking for experienced Electrical Engineers with strong exposure to electrical construction activities in industrial projects such as Oil & Gas, Refineries, Petrochemical, Steel, or Power Plants.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute day-to-day electrical construction activities at site while coordinating with Civil, Mechanical, and Piping teams.
- Manage installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical substations (GIS), HV/MV/LV panels, MCCs, VFDs/VSDs, cable trays, and cable laying.
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety (HSE), quality standards, and project timelines.
- Monitor site progress, track milestones, and support project scheduling and resource planning.
- Verify and certify work measurements for subcontractors and client billing.
- Implement and follow national/international electrical codes (NEC, IEEE, etc.).
- Maintain documentation for design changes, scope variations, and site progress reports.
- Drive safety culture and quality performance across subcontractor teams.
