Job Summary

We are looking for a technically proficient and motivated Electrical Engineer Digital Practice to strengthen our BIM and digital engineering capabilities. The primary responsibility of this role is to conduct BIM trainings, develop Revit electrical content, and provide technical support to design teams for BIM-related issues.

This role is suited for electrical engineers who are passionate about digital workflows, standardization, and enabling teams through structured BIM implementation.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

1. BIM Training & Capability Development

• Conduct structured BIM trainings for Electrical Dept. teams.
• Develop training modules, exercises, and digital learning materials.
• Evaluate competency levels and support continuous skill enhancement.
• Serve as a BIM mentor to project engineers and designers.

2. Revit Electrical Content Development

• Develop and maintain Revit Electrical families
• Support creation and standardization of company templates and libraries.
• Ensure parametric accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
• Maintain digital content repository and documentation standards.

3. Project Support & Coordination

• Provide hands-on technical support to project teams for Revit and Navisworks.
• Assist in model coordination and clash detection processes.
• Troubleshoot modeling, documentation, and BIM workflow issues.
• Ensure adherence to BIM execution plans and internal standards.

4. Digital & Automation Support

• Contribute to automation initiatives within the Digital Practice unit.
• Support implementation of Dynamo-based workflows where applicable.
• Identify opportunities to improve modeling efficiency and coordination quality.

Essential Technical Skills

• Strong working knowledge of Revit (Electrical / MEP)
• Working knowledge of Navisworks
• Understanding of BIM coordination workflows
• Ability to create and modify Revit electrical families
• Understanding of electrical system modeling (lighting, power, cable routing)

Preferred / Good-to-Have Skills

• Knowledge of Dynamo
• Exposure to BIM automation workflows
• Understanding of LOD standards and BIM execution planning
• Experience in multi-disciplinary coordination
