Electrical Engineer Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS)

Responsibilities: -

• Managing Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) installations, including panel mounting, cable routing, earthing, and lighting systems
• Supervised installation and termination of PCS (Power Conversion System) panels including AC/DC interfaces.
• Installed and interconnected battery racks/cabinets, maintaining proper polarity and busbar connections.
• Carried out DC cable termination between battery banks and PCS as per schematic layout.
• Supported in system energization, configuration, and functional testing of PCS and battery units.
• Ensured adherence to safety protocols, earthing, and insulation checks throughout the installation process.
• Responsible for the AC & DC Cable Trench work.
• Responsible for the PSS& ICR construction work.
• Responsible for the Inverter Installation Work

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering / Diploma with 4yrs to 8 Yrs
• Strong problem solving, technical, math and science skills
• Strong written and verbal communication
