Your role:

u2022u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0 Degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering. 8-10 years of experience in electronics hardware development in a professional organization, ideally in the Medical Device industry.

u2022u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0 Has prior experience in PCBA design. Able to analyze electronics circuit for different studies like design calculations, derating analysis , DFMEA analysis, alternate component selection etc.

u2022u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0 Has solid exposure to HALT test, environment test, vibration test, EMI/ EMC test in previous work assignments. Willing to attend all these tests at external labs in and around Pune.

u2022u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0 Good in documentation to enable PCBA release viz. requirement specs, design specs, test plans and test reports, work instructions etc.

u2022u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0 Hands-on in using EDA / viewer software like expedition designer for PCBA design for schematics/ layout.

u2022u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0 Document, manage, and help to define/obtain/refine requirements, design docs, design reviews, and verification procedures.

u2022u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0 Understanding of board and system-level technologies and the ability to read, interpret and review analog and digital circuit schematics.

u2022u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0 Experience with electronics simulation tools such as PSpice, TINA etc.

u2022u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0 Working in close collaboration with suppliers to manufacture prototypes, pre-production units to your designs and into full subcontractor production.

u2022u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0 Excellent communicator, clearly able to articulate status, updates, problems and probable solutions

u2022u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0 Help establish consistent ways of working with respect to embedded system electronics/software/firmware.

u2022u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0 Supporting the team during External system testing, investigating, and resolving issues and formally reporting test results

Minimum required Education:
Bachelor's/ Master's Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Procurement or equivalent. or equivalent.

Minimum required Experience:
Minimum 8 years of experience with Bachelor's in areas such as Systems Engineering, Development Engineering, Supplier Quality Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations, Procurement or equivalent OR no prior experience required with Master's Degree.

How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the companyu2019s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the companyu2019s main facilities, generally at the customersu2019 or suppliersu2019 locations.
It is an office role.
