Description
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Designer to join our engineering team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical design and be responsible for creating efficient and innovative electrical systems for our projects.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop electrical systems for various projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Prepare detailed electrical drawings using CAD software.
- Collaborate with project managers and other engineering teams to ensure project goals are met.
- Conduct site visits to assess existing electrical systems and gather requirements for new designs.
- Perform calculations and simulations to validate design concepts.
- Ensure timely delivery of design documentation and support during the construction phase.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- 7-12 years of experience in electrical design, preferably in a consulting environment.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, or similar design software.
- Strong understanding of electrical codes and standards (IS, IEC, etc.).
- Experience with power distribution systems, lighting design, and control systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
