Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Electrical Designer with hands-on experience in AutoCAD Electrical, CADWorx Electrical, and 3D electrical routing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing electrical drawings, single-line diagrams, cable tray layouts, schematics, and supporting design documentation for engineering projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and update Single Line Diagrams (SLD) and other electrical drawings.
- Develop cable tray routing, electrical 3D models, and equipment layouts.
- Create and modify electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and panel layouts.
- Utilize AutoCAD Electrical and CADWorx Electrical to generate accurate 2D and 3D designs.
- Perform electrical drafting, ensuring compliance with project standards and industry codes.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate electrical design with mechanical and structural layouts.
- Manage and maintain design files using Autodesk Vault, Windchill, or SAP.
- Support engineering teams in preparing BOMs, reports, and design documentation.
- Ensure designs meet safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
