Upgrade standards and specifications from time to time to remain relevant and in line with code requirements (NBC 2016, ECBC, USGBC LEED, and other applicable codes and green building guidelines)
Technical and Commercial evaluation of vendor proposals and preparation of comparisons and recommendation
Manage execution with help of vendor partners for successful and timely completion of the projects.
Manage the complete life cycle from design to commissioning independently
Identifying opportunities for retrofits/improvements in campus in line with organization's set standards
Oversee operations quality and drive Operations Excellence
Drive innovation and incorporation of latest technologies to produce world class buildings and campuses
