Thermal Power Plants
Working knowledge of electrical system studies using ETAP, with
the ability to interpret results and support design decisions
Codes and Standards Knowledge in IEC, IEEE, NFPA, IS etc. Electrical Equipment's scheme of arrangements including
power evacuation /back charging and its aux power distribution.
Electrical Substation (AIS/GIS) across various voltage levels up
to 400kV
Electrical Equipment Sizing /Calculations/Technical
Specifications.
Single line diagram's metering and protection single line
diagram's, schematics, Logic diagrams
Electrical Equipment's Layouts
Grounding and Lightning Protections calculations and Lay outs
Cable Sizing, Cable schedule, and interconnection schedule
Cable raceway Lay out
Relay Settings and its co-ordination
Vendor Drawing Review /Technical Bid Evaluation
DCS/PLC Electrical IO List Preparation
Requirements
Bachelor's in electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE) /
Post-Graduate (PG) in Electrical Engineering preferred
Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant experience
