Description
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Design Engineer to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in designing and developing electrical systems and components. This role requires collaboration with other engineering disciplines and a strong understanding of industry standards.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop electrical systems and components for various projects.
- Conduct feasibility studies and assessments for electrical designs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate electrical designs with mechanical and software systems.
- Prepare technical specifications and documentation for electrical systems.
- Conduct testing and validation of electrical designs to ensure compliance with standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve design issues during the development phase and after implementation.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- 8-14 years of experience in electrical design engineering.
- Proficiency in electrical design software such as AutoCAD, EPLAN, or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of electrical codes and standards (IS, IEC, etc.).
- Experience with simulation and modeling tools for electrical systems.
- Knowledge of power distribution systems and renewable energy systems is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
