Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and review electrical designs, ensuring compliance with project requirements and industry standards.
- Prepare specifications, layouts, single-line diagrams, block schematics, logic diagrams, and detailed electrical drawings.
- Analyze equipment requirements, perform load calculations, and select appropriate electrical components.
- Plan and design HT/LT infrastructure, including voltage drop calculations and cable trench/RCC pipe sizing.
- Design and integrate Fire Alarm & PA Systems and ELV infrastructure.
- Coordinate with internal and external consultants, clients, and project stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.
- Monitor work progress at project sites and provide technical support as required.
- Contribute to sales proposals and technical documentation when necessary.
- Ensure project completion within the stipulated time frame while maintaining cost efficiency.
Requirements:
- Experience working on large-scale projects covering at least 50 acres.
- Exposure to industrial, residential, hospitality, and mixed-use projects, with a strong understanding of space planning.
- In-depth knowledge of Indian standards, codes, and statutory requirements for electrical work.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a collaborative environment.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
