Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Electrical Design Engineer with expertise in cable harness and wiring harness design. The ideal candidate should have a strong electrical engineering background and hands-on experience with Zuken E3 and PLM Teamcenter.
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop cable harnesses and wiring harnesses for electrical systems.
- Create and maintain electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and related documentation using Zuken E3.
- Manage design data, BOMs, and engineering changes through PLM Teamcenter.
- Ensure compliance with engineering standards, customer requirements, and quality guidelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product development and manufacturing activities.
- Perform design reviews and resolve technical issues related to electrical harness systems.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE) or a related discipline.
- 3-8 years of experience in Electrical Design.
- Strong experience in Cable Harness and Wiring Harness design.
- Hands-on experience with Zuken E3.
- Experience working with PLM Teamcenter.
- Good understanding of electrical schematics, connectors, routing, and harness manufacturing processes.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred:
- Experience in Automotive, Aerospace, Industrial Equipment, or Semiconductor domains.
- Knowledge of electrical system validation and design standards.
