Position: Electrical Design Lead

Location: Chennai

We are looking for experienced Electrical Design Leads with strong expertise in electrical system design and team leadership to join our growing engineering team.

• Project Coordination and Stakeholder Management

Experience

• 8 to 15 Years

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Electrical Design projects and teams.
• Develop and review cable harness and wiring harness designs.
• Work extensively with Zuken E3 and Teamcenter PLM tools.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project delivery.
• Drive technical excellence, quality, and process compliance.
• Mentor team members and support project planning and execution.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Electrical/Electronics/Instrumentations Engineering.
• Strong experience in harness design and electrical systems.
• Proven experience in leading engineering teams and customer interactions.
