Job Summary:
The Business E&IC person will play a key role in driving growth for TEI's Data Center Cooling Solutions. This role focuses on designing electrical, instrumentation and control system, developing technical datasheet, specifications, BOMs, and drawings, supporting proposal development, and contributing to strategic planning for USA market as guided by the Management. The incumbent will work closely with the Engineering, Sales, and Global Teams - especially the Chennai Engineering Team - to understand customer requirements and position TEI's cooling solutions effectively.
A strong understanding of cooling systems (HVAC, chiller plant, liquid cooling, cooling distribution units, heat exchangers, etc.) used in Data Center applications, as well as familiarity with industry standards such as NFPA, IEEE, NEMA, and Tier Certifications, is desirable.
Flexibility and willingness to travel domestically and internationally are essential.
Essential Responsibilities:
Support continuous improvement initiatives by sharing customer feedback, market insights, and suggestions for product and process enhancements.

This role requires a preparedness for frequent travel that varies from 50-75% of the total working hours.
