Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated eLearning Business Development and Operations Manager to lead our eLearning division. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development, strategic planning, and operations management within the eLearning industry.

Responsibilities:

Business Development:

  • Develop and execute strategies to expand the eLearning business, including market research, competitor analysis, and identifying growth opportunities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive business growth and secure partnerships.
  • Lead the sales and marketing efforts, including creating proposals, negotiating contracts, and closing deals to meet revenue targets.
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to develop innovative eLearning solutions and product offerings.

Operations Management:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the eLearning division, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of services.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful implementation of eLearning projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including content development, technology, and customer support to ensure seamless operations.
  • Implement and optimize processes and systems to enhance operational efficiency and quality standards.

Team Leadership:

  • Provide leadership and mentorship to a team of professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work culture.
  • Set clear objectives and performance metrics for the team, conducting regular performance evaluations and providing feedback.
  • Encourage innovation and professional development among team members to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in the eLearning industry, with a focus on business development, operations, and team management.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets, establishing partnerships, and driving business growth.
  • Strong understanding of eLearning technologies, trends, and market dynamics.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute business plans effectively.
