About VenturEdu

VenturEdu is a new-age venture school that provides students with structured access to strategy experts, Series A+ founders, 100+ venture capitalists, in-house capital, and campus-based support across technology, legal, creative, and growth functions. Every student in our program is required to build, test, and scale a venture, ensuring that knowledge is applied in real time and that education directly translates into venture creation.

They creates the world class ecosystem to deliver thought provoking knowledge through advanced teaching methodologies, global cases, research and being the part of the leading national and international conferences as knowledge generators. Through their expertise, our team strengthen VenturEdu's position as a global thought leader in venture creation and entrepreneurial education. 

Position Overview

As an Entrepreneur-in-Residence (EIR) Marketing, you will act like a marketing founder inside. You will design, test, and scale growth channels to build brand awareness, generate leads, and grow the community. This role is ideal for someone who wants hands on startup experience and ownership.

Key Responsibilities

a.  Campus & Community Growth

  • Collaborate with student communities and founders
  • Build and grow the VenturEdu presence across universities
  • Promote VenturEdu within students communities
  • Organize campus events, workshops, and startup discussions

b.  Content & Social Media

  • Create engaging content for Google, Meta, LinkedIn and other platforms
  • Share stories about startups, founders, and venture insights
  • Help build VenturEdu as a thought leader in startup ecosystem

c.  Marketing Campaigns

  • Design and execute startup ecosystem marketing campaigns
  • Experiment with creative growth strategies
  • Help attract target segment to the programs and initiatives

d.  Performance Marketing & Analytics

  • Track marketing metrics such as CAC, conversion rates, and lead quality
  • Run experiments across organic, paid, and referral channels
  • Optimize marketing funnels based on data

Background

  • 3-5 years of experience in relevant expereince
  • Strong interest in startups, venture capital, and entrepreneurship
  • Active involvement in college clubs, startup communities, or student leadership
  • Experience with social media marketing
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills
  • Proactive mindset and willingness to experiment
