Role Overview
We are seeking an
AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy machine learning and artificial intelligence solutions that solve complex business problems. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between data science and engineering, ensuring scalable, production-ready AI systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement machine learning models and deep learning architectures.
- Collaborate with data scientists to translate prototypes into production-ready solutions.
- Optimize algorithms for performance, scalability, and accuracy.
- Integrate AI models into applications, APIs, and cloud platforms.
- Monitor, evaluate, and retrain models to maintain accuracy over time.
- Stay updated with the latest AI/ML research and tools.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or C++.
- Experience with ML/DL frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
- Knowledge of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
- Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Understanding of MLOps practices (CI/CD, model deployment, monitoring).
- Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with NLP, computer vision, or reinforcement learning.
- Contributions to open-source AI projects or published research.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
