- Perform hands-on configuration in Eightfold.
- Provide day-to-day technical support for Eightfold platform to Talent Acquisition and Talent Management business partners.
- Provide expert guidance on the configuration, customization, and optimization of the platform to meet business-specific needs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, escalating to Eightfold support when necessary.
- Work closely with Oracle Recruit and Core HR team to ensure seamless data integration between Eightfold s platform and Oracle Cloud Recruiting system.
- Resolve issues and system defects faced by users. Provide end user support, communicate standard processes and best practices.
- Responsible for working with Eightfold on critical requests and product enhancements.
- Assist in the creation of technical documentation, user guides, and best practices to enhance adoption and usage.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to provide feedback on new features, enhancements, and potential improvements.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a collaborative and proactive mindset.
- Ability to share knowledge, coach and train other colleagues with less experience.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends and advancements in AI-driven talent management technologies and share insights on how Eightfold can evolve to meet emerging needs.
- Evaluate and recommend system upgrades, software installations, and technology enhancements to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Identifies gaps and analyzes downstream impacts of business requirements, makes recommendations for improvements within assigned business areas.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 4-6 years of experience in a technical support, systems integration, or customer-facing technical role, preferably in a SaaS or enterprise software environment.
- At least 2 years experience with Eightfold application required.
- Strong understanding of API integrations, data structures, and cloud technologies (e.g., Oracle, AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Proficiency in at least one programming or scripting language (e.g. Json, Python).
- Familiarity with HR technologies such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), HRIS, or CRM platform.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proven experience in system integration, troubleshooting, and optimization.
- Knowledge of AI and machine learning concepts as applied to HR technology.
- Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering solutions and ensuring client satisfaction.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud is a plus.
- Demonstrated experience working in an Agile environment with understanding of test concepts, methodologies, and practices.
