Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an EHS (Environmental, Health, and Safety) Professional based in Bengaluru. The EHS Professional will be responsible for implementing and monitoring safety protocols, ensuring compliance with environmental and occupational health standards, and conducting regular safety audits. The role also entails providing safety training, assessing workplace risks, and collaborating with various teams to promote a culture of safety. Additionally, the EHS Professional will document and report incidents and ensure the continuous improvement of safety measures at the workplace.

Qualifications

• Knowledge and experience in Occupational Health, Environmental Compliance, and Safety Regulations
• Proficiency in conducting Safety Audits, Risk Assessments, and Incident Investigations
• Capability to deliver Safety Training and Workshops to teams and employees
• Strong understanding of Environmental Sustainability and Waste Management practices
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and maintain attention to detail
• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, or a related field
• Health, safety, or environment-related certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH) are considered a plus
