Ensure the implementation of the EHS Management System and norms as per the EHS Manual
Appraise the management on EHS status & help formulate appropriate policies for continual improvement
Prepare Plant specific EHS Plans, liaise with EHSO, ensure EHS implementation at the unit and monitor the EHS/EHSO performance by conducting periodic EHS inspections & audit
Designing and imparting training for Staff, subcontractor, workmen, visitors and develop modules & Act as a catalyst for establishing, implementing & maintaining emergency preparedness and response procedure
Co-ordinate for preparing the EHS Risk Assessment & Safe Work Method
Investigate all serious incidents & initiate necessary corrective & preventive actions at sites
Maintain all EHS related documents and provide when required by management or audit team.
Ensure timely reporting in ESG portal and co ordinating for the completion of ESG projects
