Train MANUFACTURING stakeholders on the EHS requirements in the company.
Conduct regular plant safety inspections.
Track identified opportunities for improvement.
Help the MANUFACTURING & Compliance team to comply with legal requirements.
Conduct Risk Assessment in the MANUFACTURING Centre. Suggest and implement control measures to mitigate identified risks.
Conduct an incident investigation and identify CAPA and track implementation of the same.
Conduct mock drills (fire, electrical shock, chemical spill, gas leakage etc.) and ensure readiness of firefighting systems, first aid kits, and emergency exits. Review and update emergency response plans.
Support internal and external audits and ensure the implementation of the recommended actions.
