You'll Be Responsible For
- Support implementation of health, safety, and wellbeing policies, procedures, and standards across projects.
- Collaborate with teams to deliver audits and inspections aligned with ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, and other standards.
- Assist in coordinating inspection and audit schedules, ensuring compliance and consistency.
- Analyse audit results, corrective actions, and KPIs, contributing to continuous improvement.
- Identify gaps and opportunities for improvement, building strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
- Work with teams to deliver regional strategies and contribute to net zero carbon transition.
You'll Need To Have
- Degree qualification is essential with 8-10 years experience.
- Full construction delivery life-cycle experience, in complex, highly regulated or mission critical projects is essential.
- Strong communicator with proven stakeholder and leadership capability.
- Professionally qualified in a relevant discipline or membership.
