Key member of EHS & ESG discipline
Driving Mission Zero Harm initiatives
Implementation & Compliance of EHS Management Systems (ISO 14001 & ISO 45001)
Management of departmental IMS Requirements
Compliance to Statutory Requirements and Environmental Regulations as per CC&A
Monitoring of EHS Revenue & CAPEX budget
Execute EHS Committee meetings & it's action plan
Implement new Digital Initiatives related to EHS processes
Liasoning with external agencies
Incident Investigation & RCA
Coordination & follow up with all execution departments in shop floor & administration building in factory
Plan, arrange & execute EHS related technical & behavioral soft skills programs
EHAS related various days Days Celebration like National Safety Day, L&T Safety Day, World Environment Day etc.
Planning & organizing Emergency Mock Drills
Implement HSR Scorecard
Enhance EHS Climate
Improve EHS Performance
Training & Development of Subordinates
Comply to EPR obligations for PWMR, EWMR & BWMR
